Christopher’s passion for Lampworking began in October of 1999 where he took a ten day intensive class in a small town in A year later he met his wife Jacquelyn, and introduced her to the art of Flame worked glass. Having a degree in Fine Arts and an amazing talent for painting she took to glass like a moth to a flame. It was a natural transition for her, she also helped Christopher, helping him become more of an artist. Throughout the beginning stages of his career he sought out well known artists such as Robert Mickelson, Milon Townsend, and Eric Goldshmidt, trying to soak up as much knowledge as possible to expand his horizons. “I’m always amazed at the endless possibilities of glass, seeing what others are able to create.” Inspired by the people he learned from, Christopher and Jacquelyn decided that they would like to be able to share their passion with others and began to teach classes.
